These Terms govern your use of SWIB at getswib.com, swib.me, and related services operated by MasonView LLC, doing business as SWIB.

4. SMS Program Terms (SWIB Event Reminders)

Program name: SWIB Event Reminders

Program operator: MasonView LLC, doing business as SWIB

Program description: Optional SMS event reminders when you choose Remind me → Text on a public event page. Not required to RSVP, buy tickets, or use SWIB. Email reminders available on the same form. No promotional or marketing messages.

Not a condition of purchase: SMS consent is never required to complete a transaction or use any SWIB feature.

Message frequency: Varies. Maximum 5 messages per event you opt into, plus one confirmation at opt-in. Average subscribers receive 2–5 messages per month.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's rates apply; SWIB does not charge for SMS.

Supported carriers: All major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and most MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-in method: Visit a public SWIB event page at swib.me/bridging, click Remind me, select the Text tab, enter your US mobile number, choose reminder times, and tap Text me reminders. You may also opt in by replying START, YES, or UNSTOP to +16108977942 after previously opting out.

Opt-out — STOP to cancel: Reply STOP to any SWIB message to unsubscribe from all SWIB SMS. You will receive one final confirmation text.

Privacy: SWIB does not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third party or affiliate for marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
